Very particular cheese, Trentino specialty, its name in ancient ladino language is “Spretz Tsaorì”.

It's made with the best alpine pasture cow milk, that gives its unique strong and full flavour, lightly bitter, that increases with the maturation.

Available the whole wheel or in smaller vacuum pieces.
